and here we are after the stage # 2, held in Genoa, which has some 50 members, a new season record. What about the first leg 44 participants, second 50, this year we will see some good!
But what has moved in ranking?
Penone Francesco aka Pen won the second leg, winning not only a great time walk, but also help (at least for the moment ^ ^) of the standings with 35 points in two stages.
The piece follows the usual Fabio aka Qwark, winner of the first stage, with 33 points, and then Alessio Negro aka Nemesis, with 28 points tied with Pronzati.
Where are praised and Aschieri, second and third respectively in the standings last year? Look a bit 'further down and you will find. It 'still early to make predictions about who will be the favorites to fight for the invitational slot and the top of the standings, but certainly the first two have started the season on the right foot!
Congratulations to them and good luck to all those who seek to rise through the ranks WL, if the fight will be close like last year will not be an easy!
a few details about the rankings: the exclusion stages will be equal to last year, namely:
stages played -> STAGES VALID
10 -> 7
11 -> 8 12
-> 9
13 -> 10
14 -> 10
15 -> 11
16 -> 12
and add a small note that last year was not considered because it has not proved necessary but it is possible that it is this year if two players, at the end of the league and once made the exclusion of the sections have an equal score to determine which one is before you look at the other who won the largest number of stages.
